Migrating K2 content from Site A to Site B was created by AfricanQuarters
Please I am migrating K2 content from Site A to Site B, I have downloaded relevant K2 tables through PHPMyadmin, I'm wondering how the tables will synch with the new website since the prefixes are not the same. Should I change the prefix to match the new table before importing to the new website.

For an instance if Site is ax_k2_cat and Site B is bx_k2_cat.

Please advice

My guess is that you'll have to rename the prefix (unless your provider offers several databases on the same site)

Make sure that the references to the users are also updated if site b contains different users (thus authors).
