3rd Item in Category Layout Missing

Another weird problem I'm experiencing. This happens on all my K2 categories.

I currently have my categories set-up in this layout grid:

Leading Count: 0
Columns For Leading: 0
Primary Count: 6
Columns for Primary: 2
Secondary Count:4
Columns for Secondary: 2

When I then load the page I find that there is a gap where every 3rd item should be (counting left to right).

Can't work out why this is happening
