[ SOLVED ] by removing the 'Single View Options' - Gallery & Media' in my Categories 'Display Settings' [ SOLVED ]

I'm using a Tabs setup inside a K2 article, the problem is that my Gallery & Media display twice...once in the TAB I have setup, and again under the TABS!

For example, if I click the Gallery Tab it displays OK, but underneath that TAB the exact same gallery shows up again!!

More than likely the code for the media and gallery is present twice.
The part that is constantly showing does not contain the proper if/ else clauses.
