K2 2.7.1 on J! 3.6.5 site on PHP Version 5.6.30
everything works fine but K2 item only give me HTTP ERROR 500
I tried with and without gzip compression, URL rewriting and J2Store.

we have the same error with NGINX !
HTTP Error 500 with Joomla nginx for all k2 items !

There are no errors in "nginx error log" for this.

Our developers deactivates/removes all the PHP COMMENTS in our templates.
then its works..

Please, we need support about this, the site is unusable without items available.

Solved. It was a plugin issue (Sliders).

Nice to hear that it was sorted out.
Next time please enable error reporting and paste the exact PHP error.
