Registration problem was created by Francesca
Hi, i have a big problem.
I've installed k2 (2.7.1) in a Joomla (3.6.5). Then i have installed a module to show a popup for registration.
Now...
- I can't sign me on this site neither with the module form, nor with k2...so k2 is the problem, i think!
- in the k2 registration page does not show the captcha. I tried to remove it from joomla and leave only in k2 but nothing!

How can i do please? :-(

I never had this problem!

The site is: www.humaneuropecapital.com

Hi Francesca,

I think your website has a javascript/jQuery issue, maybe this prevents captcha from working correctly.
Try to disable captcha for both Joomla and K2 then check.

Thank you!
I've tried but nothing.
Yes, you're right, maybe it's a javascript issues
At the end, to solve the problem faster, i disabled registration.php from ftp to usejoomla form, that work properly with captcha.

Thanks a lot!

In K2's settings you can set up the correct reCaptcha keys and have reCaptcha display in the registration forms as well.
From that point you need to disable reCaptcha in the users' component settings.
