when i add tag the article and before save the date and time become like this

It is safe to use DEV version, just make sure to grab a fresh version

@Krikor Does this mean the issue with modals you mentioned before is tackled?

Hello
same problem, J! 3.8.1 with K2 2.8.0.
0 DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (-1-11-30) at position 5 (-): Double timezone specification
