Im working for a non-profit and they want to add a way for people to submit theirs feelings towards the place and/or experience, the do not want people to register to the page.
the page is build using joomla and k2.

Unfortunately this is not possible by default. Only registered users are allowed to submit data.
You can try looking in the JED or the KED for extensions which offer this functionality.
