Greetings.

For a while I have been using RokSprocket module and K2 to create slideshows and teasers. It's a great combo and easy for my clients to work with.

However RokSprocket is showing it's age. It still loads Mootools and I cannot find a way to modify it to use SRCSET with K2 images. This is killing my page weight and I have to look at other options.

I'm looking for a robust widget creator module, that integrates with K2. I need to display the normal K2 content stuff plus extra fields and I need to display the different K2 item image sizes via SRCSET.

What are other developers using? What about YooTheme's WidgetKit 2? Ideas?

Hello Jack,

Apart from our own FrontPage SlideShow, I would suggest a custom K2 Content template. It's flexible and you can load pretty much all the data you need.
