Hello, I'm using K2 ver 2.8.0 on Joomla 3.7.4 and when I try to attach a header image it doesn't show. I click the "add image" select from my PC and "save and close" but once I exit the article the image is not there, it's like it hasn't saved it. I've tried different ways to save it. and I have also uploaded an image to the server and the outcome is the same. I have done a cache clear also. It was perfectly working on K2 2.7.1 and still is on another site I use it on.

Do you have the url where I can see the problem ?

I experienced a similar problem some time ago when using a bootstrap based template. There it was a conflict with the data-k2-modal.

All you'll see is nothing, it doesn't flag an issue at all.

Have you checked the page-source to see if the image is mentioned there ?

Fairly sure the bottom one was finished pre upgrade, both tops ones just refuse to make the image stick.

Are you getting any PHP errors?
How about your error_log?

I'm not seeing any errors. And tbh, I'm not at all versed in PHP. I literally just publish articles for the site I'm part of. And I'm not sure where the error_log is.

I have now tried replacing an existing image in an older K" article, it just plain doesn't save the new image.
Rather an inconvenience.

Can you ask your hosting provider to look for any issues in your error_log and let you know if the GD library is enabled.
Furthermore check for JS errors and disable all 3rd party K2 extensions.
