Hi, when viewing K2 Items with extra fields it comes with the headline (Header h3) Additional info. Where can I change the name Additional info into something different?

Search the language files for K2 for the text you want to change. Create a language override file and change the text there and your change wont be lost on upgrade.
You could also hard code it in the override if you are using k2 template overrides if you need different values for different categories
