Remove menu item alias from K2 item URLs was created by David
Hello everyone!
Is there any way that I can't remove the Joomla! menu item alias from the K2's items URLs? example:
I want the URL to ber direct to every item: domain.com/id-k2itemalias
I don't want: domain.com/menuitemalias/id-k2itemalias
This happens because I have created a main menu in Joomla! menu manager and each element of the menu is directly associated with a K2 category so every time I enter a K2 item the URL shows the Joomla! menu item alias before the K2 item id and alias.
What can I do?
Thank you!!

Hello,
You will need an SEO extension which supports K2 for this functionality or (an overkill) you can map each item into a separate menu item.

Yes it will definitely work in that case. In case you buy it you can use this coupon to get a 20% discount. In my opinion, it is worth it. That is a very useful extension.
