Hi guys.....can you advise on this?

Joomla 3.83, K2 2.80, PHP 7.1, MySQL 5.6 is the setup.

The rating stars just keep spinning when clicked.....it was working fine but now does this.

Error in console shows:

index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&task=vote&format=raw&user_rating=5&itemID=30 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

I've checked Hosting side and no errors registering and even installed K2 again.

Turned cache, GZip on and off no difference.

Strange thing is that an identical copy to this one is working without issue.

Any ideas?

Is there anything being recorded in your error_log?
The complete error code should be recorded there.

Nothing in CPanel......and nothing showing up on the server. Because my first thought was Mod Security.

And the site that was copied from it (before the stars caused problems) is working fine.

Are you using any different extensions or have you updated any extensions since you moved the site?

No Krikor.......apart from JUserTube (on both) they're stock Joomla sites. No SEO addons or anything like that.
