Hello Good day, I have created commercial directory website , this directory allow to companies create users and add it’s contents, i created user group for new users with limited authorizations, i need to block or delete window (browse server images)from add new item form as attached file.

You can hide it with CSS or use a simple JQuery to remove it from the DOM altogether.
