I am trying to completely disable the User Profile Page, that has the user profile name and list of articles associated with the user profile.

Can you please let me know how I can do this? Right now I've turned of the user profile links, but Google has indexed some of these pages of a user and I would like to just turn these pages off. 404 errors are ok. or a blank page.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can disable the user profile for users who have no published items in K2's settings.
You can also override the user.php file - getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates - and insert a manual redirect, either by JS or with PHP.
