Hallo,

I know that K2 Rating logs the ip of the user that rates and cannot rate again with the same ip.

I would like to make this work with other way:

1. Only registered users can rate.
2. Registered users can rate only one time.

Can this be done without many hacks?

You can easily move a certain block of content / code inside a check for registered users (there are multiple examples in the forum) but since you want to change the entire functionality I would suggest looking for a 3rd party extension (or build a custom one) in the JED or the KED.
