Hi, we just uninstalled k2 as k2 has not been updated since a year or more, so as per Joomla official team, its vulnerable.

So, we uninstalled it and since we uninstalled it, our site dead,

it shows this -

Error: Call to undefined method ElementParser::addShortcodeFiles(): Table 'interhou_test.#__k2_items' doesn't exist


When I have uninstalled it, why would it try to call ?

How to get rid of it and let my site load normally ?

K2 is not vulnerable in any way. 2.9 is on its way and you can always track the recent development on Github.
There is always the DEV version available as well.
If you are using 3rd party K2 modules or plugins or you are trying to retrieve data from K2 your site will experience issues. I would suggest reinstating a backup

Ok, but howcome uninstalling it, its trying to call k2 items db ?

It could be a module, another extension or even the template.
