I'm sorry to say this, but the CSS for the grid is horrible. The template uses JS to dynamically apply CSS rules with absolute positioning to achieve that grid. As a result, it messes up the alignment. jmp.sh/ZCEBZtD

Ask the company that provided you with this template to study the simplicity of the default K2 CSS and apply it to the grid instead of resorting to gimmicks that have 0 benefit and even worse (as it turns out) break the actual grid.
