I have, perhaps, a rather silly question:
How do I enable lightbox and scalable/responsive images for k2?

I have this working and enabled in my template and works fine everywhere but k2. So I am at a loss.

I upgraded k2 to latest version (2.9x) but modal (lightbox?) function was lost. I mean doesn't work anymore. I checked k2 demo page demo.getk2.org/categories/story/224/morbi-adipiscing-sapien-non-tellus but it doesnt work there too.
How can we fix this problem?

I fixed problem.
I added data-k2-modal="image" to a tag for modal links in template\html\com_k2\default\item.php problem solved.

But like i said in demo page of k2 modal does not work.

@Adem B I will check this out. I can state that an older version of K2 is working fine in terms of lightbox and the responsive content used on another site of ours. However, this is a new test build for another site, and i have been banging my head to find out why.

@Fotis: Should we expect a fix to this coming up soon, or should I attempt the fix that Adem proposed? I still have about a week left or so before we migrate the site to internal testing.

@Sarenne It's not k2 problem. File that i fixed is template file not a core of k2. Propably you will fix that problem by yourself.
