Install K2 v2.9.1 (dev) from github.com/getk2/k2/archive/master.zip on top of 2.9.0.
If the issue is not resolved, check your browser's console tab for any JS errors and let me know.

@Gorast It's the same file really. Using the direct URL installation option is simply faster.

Hi there. My solution was:
so to
media/k2/assets/vendors/studio-42/elFinder
there is two folders.
elfinder and elfinder.1
I renamed elfinder to elfinder123 (likeexample) and elfinder.1 to elfinder.
Also check the jquery plugins on system and k2, k2 in my case turned off.
Question to devs, Can I change the media manager elfinder to standart joomla? I want to able put direct URL to image. If yes, how can I do this?
Thanks

@Dmitry It's not possible, sorry. By the way, you can safely delete the folder /media/k2/assets/vendors/studio-42/ entirely and then install v2.9.1 (dev).

Thanks for your reply. One question more, is there any way to insert the WebP format to item image? I've added permissions to upload files, but when I try to add the .webp Media manager says that wrong img format file. Is there some way to fix it?

Grab K2 v2.9.1 from GitHub: github.com/getk2/k2/archive/master.zip
It should resolve your issue.

Hello Fotis. Still the same.
The image was not uploaded. Please ensure that you used a valid image file and that file uploads are properly configured on your server.
Any idea? Thanks!

Webp is included in the MIME types valid to K2. Make sure your server supports it too. Consult your hosting company for that.
