Hi,
Hope i have posted this is correct location, if not, i apologize.
My website was working just fine, no problems. I received notification from joomla that I needed to upgrade my php and had the hosting company do so. We had some issues with a most recent php and so they installed 5.6.40.
So whenever I post now, i need to put the cloudfare on development and remove all cache and post. I am lucky if the article finally makes it to the front page hours later. Not good.
I told the host that I saw this issue in the joomla warnings:
"The PHP temporary folder is not set.
The PHP temporary folder is the folder that PHP uses to store an uploaded file before Joomla can access this file. Whilst the folder not being set isn't always a problem, if you are having issues with manifest files not being detected or uploaded files not being detected, setting this in your php.ini file might fix the issue."
Still waiting for host to fix this so i can ultimately upgrade to the latest php and joomla.
The site is bit.ly/2S7eUYk
Any help is appreciated. I know this is pretty vague. Host is telling me that my site is causing the conflict somewhere, but, it all ran smoothly until they installed the php.

First off, you should know how caching works in Joomla and its available options. So have a look here: docs.joomla.org/Cache

Your site currently sends cache control headers with a TTL of 2 hours (7200 secs). I also see that CloudFlare's Railgun is used which may explain why the site content is instantly updated when you switch CF to dev mode.

So first, verify that Joomla's Page Cache system plugin does not have client-side caching enabled. Then lower Joomla's cache time in Global Configuration to something more sane (e.g. 10-15 mins) and check the site again. If you still have issues, then it's probably the Railgun configuration that causes issues.
