Cannot Delete Attachments was created by Kathy
Hi, I am using K2 v2.9.0 (and v2.9.1) with Joomla v3.9.4. Seeing an issue in the frontend and backend where I cannot delete attachments. Console error says "Uncaught ReferenceError: K2Language is not defined" in k2.backend.js (same error in both backend and frontend). I am able to upload files but not delete. Can someone provide some insight into how to fix this? Thanks.

Can you please install v2.9.1 (dev) on top of 2.9.0 using: github.com/getk2/k2/archive/master.zip

I'm sorry but I can't replicate your issue. What language are you using in Joomla's backend? Are you also using the relevant K2 language pack?

No, you don't (obviously). Are you using any other third-party extensions that interface/hook/extend K2?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I have a few third-party extensions for K2. After going through disabling/enabling them, I found the culprit. I updated JA K2 Filter to the latest version and that fixed the problem.
On a separate note, I had to go back to K2 v2.9.0 because v2.9.1 caused another extension (Additional Categories for K2) to stop working.

Unfortunately "Additional Categories for K2" is now abandon-ware. I highly recommend the newer and easier to use www.web357.com/joomla-extensions/multiple-categories-for-k2 which also offers migration from "Additional Categories for K2". It's commercial, but not expensive.
