Hi, I am trying to use the smart search, but having two issues:

1) Indexing does not go through and I keep getting this error:
An Error Has Occurred
The table '#__finder_tokens' is full

I have increased the limit to 2000000, so should be enough, but no matter what I do I get this same error.

2) Search shows also items that are not published. For example with seach-word keijut:
www.kuudesaisti.net/etsi?searchword=keijut&ordering=newest&searchphrase=all&limit=50
This brings out an article that has that word as a TAG, but when clicking the name, I get 404 since the item is not published.

Any suggestions? Is there a way to prevent unpublished items to show up in the search results?

How can I get the indexing through, without an error?

Hi, tried that several times, but no help. We cannot even get the indexing go through, due to the big quantity of the articles. I have added the memory in the settings to 2000000 but no help.

We have now changed back to regular Finder and disabled Smart Search.
But regular finder does the same thing.

Here an example search:
www.kuudesaisti.net/etsi?searchword=riimu&searchphrase=all

The last article link it gives is a disabled old article and when clicking it gives 404-page:
www.kuudesaisti.net/component/k2/riimut-ja-niiden-tulkinta

Hi,
seems the the problem is the tags and enabling the search in k2 tags. Finder does not check if the K2 item with that tag is enabled or disabled. I think this is a bug in the K2 search plugin. Can someone test this out please!

When I go to the K2 Search plugin there is a option to enable search in Tags or not:

Search - K2
search / k2
This plugin extends the default Joomla search functionality to K2 content.

SO yes, this is a function in the K2 search plugin.

Yes, it is, I at first used Smart Search but had issues with the indexing (could not get it go through). Then I swap into the regular K2 search plugin. I did experience the unpublished links in both, but probably the regular smart plugin was published at the same time as smart search.

It is a pity that the tags search function does shows the unpublished links also. It would be a good function to have.

Links I provided? I have already changed the settings so the example search link I provided no longer works as I descriped it to work. :)
