Did you check file ownership on your server? In other words, can K2/Joomla write files on the server?
Additionally, open up your browser tools and switch to the Console tab. Do you see any error popping up when you attempt to upload or drag-n-drop a file?

Not the "Network" tab, look at the "Console" tab for errors.

Hi Fortis,
But in k2 media manager we should not allow the folder to be created with spaces. It will create problem with traversing folder with spaces. Say for example I have created the folder with spaces in k2 media manager but that folder cannot be traversed in joomla media manager. Joomla media manager not allowing the folder name with spaces as you can check.
Thanks,

That's a Joomla media manager problem obviously. K2's media manager has no issues with that.
