I made, that authors can administrate the comments under their items in front end (publish, delete etc.)

I wish to override the .css and .php of this comments admin form (I dont know how it is right to name it), but I can't find where and what file contains this form php?
Could you please help me .

I override earlier the item form for front -end, and for that I have itemform.php, all works well. I assume the same it is possible to make with the comments admin form?
