Frontend or backend? The more context you provide, as well as which Joomla/K2 versions you use, the easier it is for me to suggest possible solutions...

Hi Team. I started this website using the standard Joomla and added K2. I had installed and tested a variety of components over time, forgetting along the way.
Since I posted this question, I have been disabling plugins.
Doing this removed a vexing Facebook comment plugin that may have been the problem.
I'm now able to enter comments and activate comments without creating the error.
However, I am still unable to display the comments and am baffled as to why. Your thoughts are appreciated.

Ensure that K2 comments are enabled in relevant K2 category settings. Take note of any K2 categories that are set to inherit the parameters of other categories (you'd have to edit the category settings in these "other" categories in that case).
If you're sure everything is properly configured parameter-wise and you still don't see the comments rendered in the frontend, then it's most likely a K2 template override issue. In other words, you have customized K2 template overrides inside your template's html/com_k2/ folder and these are either stripped off of essential functionality like the comments or are very outdated (it's usually the first case as K2 always strives from backwards compatibility).
A URL to your site would help me easily check if it's an overrides issue.

Maybe a clue is:
I just noticed the problem goes away when I use Edge to view my page. Whereas in Chrome, the one I use normally with Joomla, changes aren't "refreshing".

Might be a browser issue?

Can you point to a specific page please? Perhaps any issues you see are related to caching...

I'm going to clear out my browser caches. This may be causing changes not to register in one browser and not another.
Click "World Without Police".
#1 There is empty space for a module I disabled.
#2 The comment shows up in Explorer and not Chrome. The cache clearing may clear both. Will try and report back.
