The language carries LTR or RTL values if I recall correctly.
If the template outputs that in the <html> tag (the attribute is call "dir"), then browsers will also interpret the content accordingly. There's a chance the dir attribute is not properly set when Persian is set as the default site language. So it *may* be a template issue.
