How to edit eFinder frontend folder rights? was created by mattian
Hi,
Using eFinder to add images in K2 add item windows is not working. No folder rights to upload from frontend.
How do I edit the folder rights for efinder for frontend user? I want blog contributors to use efinder (browse image) instead of the Upload image -function. But when testing as a superuser from the FRONTEND I only see READ perssions for superuser So I cannot upload a new image from frontend. I can do this in the backend. where rights are Read and write.
How do I change the folder rights so that I can upload an image from frontend to the folder I want to use? I have tried to find these from Media Manager side also. Both Author, Editor and Publisher have ADD media rights, aswell as ofcause superuser which I am using.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry but permissions for elFinder on frontend content submission are not adjustable. And they are restrictive by design for security reasons.
