Unable to access categories on frontend was created by Jo
Hello
Joomla 3.9.22
K2 22.10.3
My site is suddenly behaving very strangely, don't know why.
I have sub categories, but when I click on the 'view items' link, it takes me to a 404.
The url is trying to find for following;
workingtheweb.co.uk/courses/diy-digital-foundation/content/free-courses/diy-digital-foundation/introduction-to-digital-foundation
My site doesn't have a directory called /content/ and never has had.
I've had the site live for a couple of years. Not sure what has suddenly happened.
The menu link is titled 'courses' and is directed to the category 'free courses'
The category structure is;
free courses
- diy-digital-foundation
-- introduction to digital foundation
I don't understand where the directory 'content' has come from, or why the directory 'diy-digital-foundation' appears twice in the address.
Have not only checked the menu and the directory structure, I actually rebuilt both the categories and the menu. But still no joy.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Many thanks
Jo

Please replace the file /components/com_k2/router.php with the one from jmp.sh/CZ2oMKG (that's from v2.10.2). The URL router in K2 v2.10.3 has a few bugs which will be sorted in K2 v2.10.4 (it will be shipped as "v2" of the Advanced SEF URLs router).

Oops, Hi Fotis,
Sorry but the problem seems to not quite been resolved.
The page is now being found, however, the url is still showing up the /content/ directory;
The page is loading fine, but can you explain why this is happening please;
workingtheweb.co.uk/courses/diy-digital-foundation/content/hosting
Many thanks

Ensure you've cleared your cache and that you're not browsing some crawled URL.
Double-check your settings as well.
