I Fotis and team!
The problem is in k2 2.10.4 / php 7.3 / Joomla 3.9.23 / Framework Helix + Template with sp builder but isn't used in the edit page.
_ When access to edit module we saw the attach 1 (k2 content error)
In the developer tool console see this error:

_ Into the Options from the module, when clicked in "select items" = Error 404
The link opened into modale has this format:

I already tried:
_ switch to protostar template
_ SEF desactivated
_ Php 7.2 and 7.3
But I always have the problem!
Has anyone had this problem before? Can you help us? Thanks
