Saving process in Front-end was created by Goble002
Hi,

there a few old posts about this here but there was no solution brought. Maybe there's a way to make it happen now.

When large image files (say 5mb) are used in front-end editing, the user has no clue what's happening when he clicks the save button. It would be nice to have somekind of preloader which shows the user that the save process is in progress.

I'm not looking for a kind of progress bar to show the % uploaded, this might include too much work. just a spinning / loading GIF icon.

My website proloader (from my Helix based template) does not load here.

I have tried 2 free plugins : "Ev Website Preloader" and "Page Load Progress 3.X" by Glimlag, but won't show up during upload process, only when loading pages.

It's on my todo list for the next major update of K2. When clicking "save", the form will be locked and a message will be shown to inform the user.
