When someone is editing an article (or opened the article without closing it correctly) a lock icon appears next to the title in the article list in the admin. Someone else can't open / edit the article. That's of course fine, but you can't see who was the last person who opened (checked out) the article. And you can't check in the article by clicking on the lock icon. You have to go to the global settings to check in all K2 items. Thus kicking someone out that might be editing an item at that moment. In older versions of K2 this feature was working as expected (like in Joomla Articles). Please restore this and make the checked out feature work like Joomla articles and other components do.
