Can anyone give some advice to how best unpublish/remove Advanced Module Manager? I've used it for so long, I cannot remember how you would create/generate a module without it. Any help appreciated.

(Our template is by Joomlaworks. Selecting K2 items etc should be OK once I get past that first step).
