sorry it is my idea.
You should use higher version.
Joomla 3.10. K2 V2.11, and PHP8 or 8.2.
thank you.

Do you have any other solution beside upgrade?

It is what I have experienced with image issues.
K2 doesn't support large MB pictures and large pixels. It is even though the configure server and Joomla.
If you are using a large image and large pixels, you can try to use a small image, which is around 500px or less.
If it still doesn't help you, I can't help you further.
thank you.

Now many websites are still using Joomla 3 since it is out of date, we want to use Joomla 4 because K2 still hasn't released a new version of Joomla 4.
You consider it also since you just started up your new website. And Joomla 4's context has many features also now. We don't know what is happening with K2 now.
