Ustedes perdonen, pero quisiera saber que puedo hacer para que la imagen de FEATURED en K2... aparezca en la parte de enfrente y no atras de la linea en donde esta el titulo... no se nada de programacion.. mucho agradecere me indiquen como hacerlo y que poner... gracias de antemano... por la ayuda que me puedan brindar

Puedes poner la url del sitio.?
Puede ser que cambiando el valor del z-index de la clase de la etiqueta se arregle. Pero tendría que verlo para comprobar que es asi.

Estoy apenas aprendiendo y haciendo pruebas... ya que tambien esto me aparece en mi computadora es decir forma local... y crei que al subirlo al host iba a funciona bien, pero no fue asi.. y no se como corregirlo...

El problema es que esa imagen es el background del contenedor de la noticia y tú le has dado otro background al título que está dentro y es humanamente imposible que no se vea encima porque además eso se asigna a la clase "catItemIsFeatured" que solo se añade al contenedor como te digo...

Te sugiero que le des un ancho menor al título para que no pise la imagen...
