We're excited to announce the immediate release of version 2.3 for our "Simple RSS Feed Reader" module.

This new version adds full Joomla! 1.5 to 1.7 compatibility. There are no changes in the subtemplates, except the language strings which are now compatible with the Joomla! 1.7 format.

INSTALLATION / UPGRADE
After you download the zip file, use the Joomla! installer by navigating to Extensions >> Install/Uninstall (for J1.5) or Extensions >> Extension Manager (for J1.6-1.7) and then choose to upload the zip file.

If you already have v2.2 or earlier in your Joomla! 1.5 site (v2.2 was the last Joomla! 1.5 compatible-only release), you can simply install the new release on top of the old one. The same will apply for later version in all versions of Joomla!, from 1.5 to 1.7.

All necessary docs are already included within the module's parameters.
