Minor fix in the com_contact component.

Kiji
Updated to version 1.0.5.
Fixes a JavaScript conflict and an issue with the JS lib "Chosen" (used by Joomla for all <select> elements) in the template’s parameters.

Matchbox
Updated to version 1.0.4.
Minor fix in the com_contact component overrides and an enhancement in the template’s font styling.

RadioWave
Updated to version 1.0.4.
Includes a restructured agenda module as well as fixes in the schedule module. Additionally, there are minor visual fixes.

Toreda
Updated to version 1.3.0.
This is a major release. J2Store 2.8.x has been deprecated, all overrides and styling have been updated for J2Store 3.x. Furthermore the default minimum supported version for K2Store is 3.7.x. Hammer.js, Modernizr and other JavaScript libraries have been updated.
