Hi,

I am using SIG Pro with K2, in most cases it works perfect. However for example  if in the .ZIP is an image that is too big, the K2 item is no longer editable (in front- and backend) and also not visible (You get blank pages). I can't get into the item it looks like it has been checked out. I sometimes have to go into the database and remove the gallery in the K2 item before I can get into the article.

Isn't there a sort of check before the galery is added to the item to prevent these issues?

Thanks,
KooTjoo

You may check the Max upload size which is inside the content item settings (right column) in order to avoid huge uploads.

Hi,

I don't know exactly what you mean. My problem is that when something goes wrong with uploading the galery that I after that can't reach the item anymore. Shouldn't SIG Pro do a check first and then start uploading to avoid these problems.

Where exactly can I change the Max Upload Size (in the Joomla config) or at another place?

What do you mean with "content item settings (right column)".

Thanks,
KooTjoo

Before you upload something you may check the size of the file. If the Max upload size is smaller than the folder you are trying to upload don't do it. Simple as that!
