hi to all, i want to ask the followind question:
i must have a description under every photo, and i am using labels.txt to create it. the problem is when i create subfolders and want a description for every photo inside them - for example /httpdocs/images/stories/subfolder, what can i do? i must create my self the .txt file?

What is the path you have set as your root path for the galleries?

Root folder for image galleries: images/stories

and i want to create for example images/stories/subfolder1, images/stories/subfolder2, images/stories/subfolder3 etc to show different galleries in eacho one of joomla articles.

Have you tried putting in some more folders and the labels.txt is not generated for those? If not, try putting it by hand.

yes, when i create a subfolder in /images/stories/ there is no labels.txt inside it.
maybe it could work if i put a the file labels.txt manual, but this will require from me to write every one filename of the jpg's that i have uploaded to this subfolder and this is not very convenient.

Try creating the folders with the images first and enable the labels.txt parameter afterwards, to see if it is created then.

i uploaded the subfolder with the images, disabled and enabled the parameters and it has not created. i pasted a copy of the labels.txt inside this subfolder, giving it full permissions (777) but it remains empty as i continue to upload more photos..
