I am brand new to this so please be patient if my terminology is wrong, someone has setup my website and I cannot get in touch with them and am trying to learn how it all works so step by step instructions please  :)

I have the K2 dashboard and I have purchased the simple image gallery pro plugin, When I try to upload the zip file from my computer using the JCE installer I get themessage "Extension Install: No JCE Plugin file specified" and below that I get "Install Plugin Error".

Can someone please help me with a resolution as I have been trawling the internet for nearly a day trying tofind ananswer but I cannot resolve it.

What does the JCE Intaller have to do with the zip file of the galleries?
Please describe the exact steps you are following.
