I've got a deadline today to roll out a site for upper management review. I didn't do initial setup, and developer who did is unavailable. After months of review my manager told me last night NOW we need all of the product specific galleries updated to correct images instead of FPO's we've been looking at for months. Awesome. ;)
I didn't know how it was setup with SIGP until last night, but it seems pretty simple. I did get the image folders hooked up to the correct items, the images are there (i can rollover, see a link, click and the image pops up), its just thumbnails are not generating. I've had the thumbnail cache expiration set to 0 for 12 hours now and have reloaded the product pages several times, but I'm still not getting any thumbnails. But i know the plugin is working, because the thumbnails do still show up on the original product page we setup, just not for the additional product pages i applied galleries to.
I'm clueless and getting a bit desperate. Can anyone point me in right direction?
