I have the same problem... When I upload an image gallery (regardless if I zip the files in 1 time or first make a folder and then zip it) It looks like it's working but when I check the 'image gallery' tab I only see : {gallery}24{/gallery}.
How do I call this in the K2 item in the block? I like the wide functionality from K2 and SIG PRO, but if it doesn't work..
Looked through all settings possible but no image gallery!
(using Joomla 2.5.9 & K2 

Thank you to katia who tested SIG PRO on my website. She created a gallery without problems, so I discovered my zip folder was the problem. I read and I know now, you SHOULDN'T zip a folder with images, you SHOULD select images and so zip it.

I don't understand what this means.  So far I am having the same problem and seeing only {gallery}21{/gallery} on the front end, but I have in fact zipped the folder and am inserting it in the field for upload. 

How else is this done?  Do you have to zip each and every photo??  If so how then do you upload them as a folder??  Can someone please explain this.  Thanks

With all your files in one folder you can highlight all the images you want in this particular gallery, right click and "add to zip".  This will create a zip file with all the images in the root rather than 1 level down in a folder.

I don't have any problems, my plugin works fine.  ;)

I got some problem with this SIG. I created 1 category and 1 Item in k2. I put the code {gallery}example...{/gallery} into the description for each. The SIG display is working fine in Item, but not in category.

The category page prompt back the code {gallery}example...{/gallery} which i originally key into the description. Hope someone can figure out what is happening. TQ.

k2 parent will show the sig pro but not in sub categories listing
