I've read through all the variations on this issue and tried everything I can to get it to work but to no avail.  Tried changing file permissions but without any documentation about what permissions are required for what, I am just guessing.  Looked at the htaccess file but I wouldn't know an error in there if there was one.  I've never touched that file.  It worked fine in the trial version.  Why is it this difficult to make this basic function work?

Please rename your images avoiding special characters like %, caps, etc. Then remember to clean your cache.

:) Thanks, I guess I thought underscores and dashes were okay.  Removing those did fix the problem.  Appreciate the support.
