I have tried many different options.... Scenarios, image dimensions... and the Smart Thumbnail re-size function will not work.

Any ideas or fixes? I need it to be a constant fixed height and width for all image galleries thumbnails.

Of course it does. Set the dimensions you want and enable the smart thumbnail resize option. Remember to clean your cache after that.

Must have been a cache issue although I did try to clear it... It seemed the thumbnails would be smaller when first adding into an image gallery.

Therefor it would be smaller on some pages and be correct on others.

Hey Katia, i have also an issue regarding the resizing of the thumbnails.
When i create an item in K2 and upload the ZIP file the thumbnails are not using the size set in the plugin. Everytime i make a new gallery i have to reset the cache to 0 in the plugin and then it generate the plugin like it should.
I have that problem on 2 servers on a third one it works fine and i don't need to play around with the cache.
Any idea??

HOLD ON!! I see i have version 2.0.5... seems i have to update and test again!

Sorry i did test with 2.5.3 but the problem is the same! i upload my zip in K2 for Gallery and the Thumnail sizing is not using the smart resizing set in the plugin.
I have to reset the cache in the Plugin to 0 to re-generate them!

Cache has nothing to do with smart resizing... And yes you should clean it up in order to see the changes you made...

I also had this problem and found that adding this line of code to css fixed it:
