Hello,

I have experienced some problems with the pro version of your plugin. Triple checked all the folders/files permissions. Also check all the names to ensure not capital letters problem is involved.

Still showing:

The was a problem converting the source image.
There was a problem rendering your image gallery. Please make sure that the folder you are using in the Simple Image Gallery PRO plugin tags exists and contains valid image files. The plugin could not locate the folder: images/stories/southyouthfootball

The website is using Joomla 1.5 and the plugin for that version of the CMS. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Danail

Could you provide a link to a gallery page and tell us the exact version of SIG Pro you are using?

Ok found it.

It was a permission error in the cache folder after some changes from the hosting provider.

Thanks!!

the default folder for me was wrong. I put my pictures in a folder called "images" inside joomla folder "images"...
Documentation says that default folder is images/smiley or something...
Hope this helps

This error is because you upload the images .zip in K2 before configuring the plugin
Root folder for image galleries -> media/k2/galleries
If you do not do this before you will have error
To correct go to the image folder on the server: root/media/k2/galleries -> delete image folder you uploaded
Then go to the item you have upload image on k2, click on Image gallery tab, click in check-box for delete and click apply or save
Now upload zip image forder and save. That is it.
