I am using a SIGpro 2.5.3 in the intermezzo template that runs on Joomla 1.5.22 and I am running into an issue with SIGpro disabling the drop-down menu system. I am using the "mega-menu" menu system and any page that features SIGpro the main menu drop downs are not activated when they are hovered on.

Please notice the "Video Production", "Live Event Production" and "about" sections on the top menu bar as they are the ones that should have the drop down.

If anyone else is having this issue you help would be appreciated, I am not sure if it is a z-indexing issue or another conflict with the template. Please help!

The template you have, uses a T3 framework that has a compressing option for javascript  and create the problem. Disable this compression option in order to solve your issue.

I'm having the same problem, any page that has this plugin enabled the drop down menu stops working.

I'm new to Joomla, so any pointers would help.
