I have only been using sigplus for a few days and just purchased the Pro Version to be able to add captions to the photos in a gallery.

I initially used:

{gallery}2010ClassReunionPhotos{/gallery}

which works fine.

Then, I used:

{gallery}2010ClassReunionPhotos:caption_mode{/gallery}

which gives me:

[sigplus] Critical error: Image gallery folder 2010 Class Reunion Photos: caption_mode is expected to be a path relative to the image folder on the back end.

What does this mean?  How do I correct the problem?

I need every photo in the gallery to be displayed with a caption. It sounds like I need some sort of text file for the captions?  How does this work?

I am also trying to get a caption to show on my images www.cpowd.com/dev2/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=product&task=show&cid=22&name=potch-and-color-379&Itemid=11&category_pathway=0

I do not understand the documentation when it says "where xx-XX is your site's default language locale" So my question is where do I find the text file.

The file should be inside your image gallery folder -since you enable the show captions parameter via the SIG PRO settings.
If not just create your own labels.txt folder with your caption and upload it inside your gallery via the joomla Media manager.
