Simple Image Gallery Pro v2.5.5: no pop-up engine works in the JSN epic-template was created by Gerhard Kempf

Hi,

I just downloaded the new version and installed it correct in the JSN epic template.
The thumbnails are ok but none of the pop-up engines works. Pics are shown in an new browser tab. I tried all the engines - none of them works. Problem fix??
If I change the template the engines work correct.

Are you sure that none of the pop up engines work? Did you clean your cache when you tried them?

Hi,

thanks - after cleaning the cache following engines work:
-simple box (jquery)
-lytebox (jquery)
-high slide
-slimbox2

Do you have an idea why the others do not work?

You probably have a script conflict with your template, or some other extensions.
