when i use the simple image gallery on the server of my client i get blank pages, even if i use small images (less then 100kb), when i use the simple image gallery on another server everything works fine. what can cause the problems on the server of my client? without the gallery the site works fine over there.

you mean chmod, yes they are set to 777,
i think it has something to do with the php memory, can that be??

Memory for php should be at least 64m...I had similar issues and fiddled with this thing for a day before configuring to finally work on my system...
