Still not solved... see below

Oh snap!  Thumbnails still not working after changing all the file names.  I'm positive everything is configured correctly.  VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Hello, can someone please address this issue?  Otherwise I will need to request a refund.  I assumed this was a working version.  Also, on the iPhone you can't browse through the images either.  Just loads a single image in its own page with no next or previous controls.  I assuming its a java script conflict but after troubleshooting that possibility I'm still having issues. 

Not very happy with the lack of support I've received around here.  I know I didn't pay much but I still expect some support for your PRO version.  Thank you

Please check your permissions. Make sure that your thumbnail cache is writable.

Yes, all requirement are met and the /cache permission are 755.  Using Joomla 1.7.  I'm am very familiar with Joomla and know my way around quite well.  For the life of me I can't figure out what is going wrong.  I'm assuming it's a java script issue.  However, I've disabled all other modules/plugins, using java script, several times so I've ruled out any conflicts that way.

My host is rochen.com www.rochenhost.com/398.html which is specifically tailored for Joomla sites.  The GD library is enabled, using PHP5, permissions are ok, file names good, folder path good.  I don't know what else it could be.  I've tried both the Jquery and mootools pop-up engines, and the others, without any success.  But I assume that's not related to thumbnail generation. 

As well, The popup engine works in all the browsers except the iPhone.  On the iPhone it just loads a single photo by opening another page.  So there's that issue too.  Here's a link to the site.  www.automatedgatetechnologies.com/gallery.html  You are more than welcome to login if you need to.  Just contact me for the login.

You have wrong permissions in your cache folder...

Katia, my root /cache folder permissions are set to 755... always have been.  I tried attaching a screen shot from the cpanel file manager to show you.  However, your upload folder is full so I'll try to PM you the file.  Really curious as to how you came up with that conclusion?  I also verified the permissions from the joomla backend, same place you likely looked.  Set to 755.  I don't know what to say... 

I'm fully aware this glitch could be caused from my end.  However, there's a certain expectation of support and a working product when advertised as such.  I feel like I'm getting the runaround.  Think you could pass this on up the ladder?  My folder permissions, along with everything else, are set correctly.  Possibly an .htaccess file issue?  Thank you
