I was really looking forward to using the pro version, because I've really enjoyed the basic free version, however when I install it (before I even publish it) my front end goes blank...white screen.

Anything I can do about this?

Public answer for this problem? I have the simillar problem.

When I create new folder with all permissions corectly defined, a get the blank white screen on frontpage (the content with gallery is published on frontpage).

Can you aslo tell as if you use some template
or if you use others modules/mambots on the same page that use various js library?

Try for the moment to change the engine of the SIG Pro to Lytebox
and come back to report us what happens.

I changed SIG Pro to Lytebox. But nothing changed. I can see how the gallery works only with default images from stories module. In other cases, with other uploaded or present pictures, the module doesn't work.

I'm having the exact same problem...
Someone please post a fix for this.
I'm using a Joomlart template and my whole site went blank after installing the Pro version.  Worked fine with the free version, tho.

Hi All (big time noob here!)

I am having the same problem.

I have added the syntax to pick up the gallery folder, but the site just goes blank.

I use the template JA Senecio from JoomlArt.

Hi there. I also have the problem...

I did test the free version on some few articles
Then i bought the pro version
first I uninstalled the free version
installed the Pro version

I get 2 different type of errors, either the "blank" page, or that nothing happens at all...

I havnt published the site yet and it isnt finished yet. It would be nice to have this fixed
